Mr. Rounds began his practice in 1978 in Tulsa, OK after graduating from Oklahoma City University College of Law. Mr. Rounds has tried and defended numerous cases involving, trucks, products liability, motor vehicles and practices general litigation defense law. His role has been that of trial counsel for defense clients in all types of cases, including catastrophic injuries, wrongful death, property loss, and insurance coverage issues. He maintains an “AV” rating in Martindale-Hubble, the highest level attainable by a practicing attorney. Mr. Rounds was born in Tokyo, Japan in 1952 and grew up in Tulsa.

Mr. Rounds primarily practices in the area of Insurance Defense, Products Liability, Trucking & Transportation, Railroad Law and Nursing Home Law. When not in the office or the courtroom, Phil enjoys spending time with his family, his wife Denise and their two dogs, Gizmo and Sweetie. He also enjoys working with the Boy Scouts Troop at First Presbyterian of Tulsa.

One of Mr. Rounds’ passions is leading an adult Bible class at First Presbyterian Church of Tulsa each Sunday. He has two adult children and two grand-kids. His daughter and son-in-law serve as missionaries in Kenya, East Africa. Phil recognizes the importance of faith in the life of the family in today’s world.
