Rachel A. Fields joined Steidley & Neal, PLLC, as an associate in 2017. She has a broad range of experience in all aspects of civil litigation, from case intake to final disposition, including jury trials. She has represented both plaintiffs and defendants in an array of matters including personal injury, premises liability, insurance bad faith, product liability, civil rights violations, and commercial disputes. Prior to joining Steidley & Neal, Rachel practiced with a large, Tulsa-based litigation firm where she primarily focused in the areas of medical malpractice defense and premises liability defense.
Rachel graduated with Honors from the University of Tulsa College of Law in May of 2012. While in law school, Rachel was Vice President of the Student Bar Association and Director of the Board of Advocates. She also served as an Editor of the Tulsa Law Review and was voted Outstanding Editor by the 2011-2012 editorial board. She graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts in Communications and Political Science from Drury University in 2009.
Rachel is a member of the Oklahoma Bar Association, Oklahoma Association of Defense Counsel, and DRI. She is a member of the Executive Counsel of Council Oak/Johnson Sontag, a local chapter of the American Inns of Court. Outside the legal world, Rachel enjoys spending time with her husband and planning their next vacation.
